October 4, 2018 - Washington County Association of Township Officials 103rd Annual Convention (Washington, PA)

Approximately 200 officials from Washington County’s 31 townships attended the convention, including Washington County Commissioner Harlan Shober.  David Sanko, Executive Director of PSATS (Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors) was the Keynote Speaker for the event. 

Washington County is the #2 natural gas-producing county in Pennsylvania, and receives approximately $7MM annually from the Act 13 Impact Fees imposed on natural gas wells in the County.  

Keystone Energy Forum gave a brief overview of who we are and what we do in terms of education and outreach to support local government officials.
